The COFFEE BAR enjoys a place of honor and built very much on the same lines of a bar, boasts of delivering the best tasting STRAIGHT COFFEES like Espresso, Cappuccino, South Indian Coffee and other varieties to satisfy the most demanding coffee lover, cup after cup after cup. There's a revolution on at The Coffee Bar - 24 different varieties of coffee are being brewed and blended using fresh coffee beans and served in lively and dynamic coffee mugs which burst onto the scene with vivid colours which undoubtedly appeals to the coffee drinkers. Should you have an urge to branch out from STRAIGHT COFFEES to ICED COFFEES, then you must treat yourself to our Coffee Black Forest - contrary to the adage 'You can't have your cake and eat it too', for while you savour your Coffee Black Forest, you have your cake and then later eat it! The sheer magic of a pure creamy chocolate cake is as delightful as you can imagine. Better still, if you want your coffee glamorised with a frosty foam of Bailey's and topped with vanilla ice-cream, then settle for our Irish Mocha Frost. And if you feel like a bit of babying, add some bananas to the finished product and voila - one cup of instant well-being in our Banana Frostie. However, if you so desire to have your coffee in a zestier, more spirited manner, then you must try our LACED COFFEES for an even thicker, richer, and more sustaining drink. If you enjoy Irish Whiskey, try Irish Coffee, or if you are in an adventurous mood, then ask for Café Burlot - coffee fortified with brandy and Cointreau, enhanced with clove, cinnamon and cardamom. So do visit The Coffee Bar and savour with all your senses the pleasure of enjoyment and feast your eyes on coffee beans like Robustta and Annabicaa displayed in transparent glass bottles. These beans are roasted to different stages for different flavours and kept ready. As and when required, they are ground in small quantities and thus each cup of coffee is made to order. The coffee is brewed in a special brewing apparatus which can make 2 to 4 cups at one time. It is brewed on a slow heat on a bursen burner like the ones found in a chemistry laboratory.
