Ingredients: | |
| Puff Pastry | 1 No. |
| Turned Baby Carrot | 5 Nos. |
| Turned Baby Potato | 5 Nos. |
| Turned Baby Zuccine | 5 Nos. |
| Baby Cut Mushroom | 5 Nos. |
| Cube of Beef | 150 gm |
| Asparagus | 3 Nos. |
| Demiglaze | 750 ml. |
| Thyme | 1 pinch |
| Rosemary | 1 pinch |
| Chopped Onion | - 25 gms. |
| Chopped Garlic | 25 gms. |
| Salt | to taste |

Method:
- Saute onion with garlic and add cube beef to it.
- Cook the beef till medium and then add all the vegetables which are boiled.
- Add demi glaze season and add thyme and rosemary to it.
- Open the puff pastry and put in the filling .Cover with the lid and garnish with asparagus and parsely.
