Orchid Evergreen is the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program at The Orchid for the guests who are staying with us.

As part of the program the guests who become members of the program earn points for all eligible spends in the hotel. Once they earn the points they can redeem the same for rewards like a holiday package to Goa, watches, etc. Or donate the points earned by them to the "Green Account". The points so donated will be used for promoting the eco-friendly causes supported by The Orchid. As part of the same program we have contacted some NGO's to support us and lend credibility to the drive.
