Gateway Of India
Gateway of India stands as the primary landmark of Mumbai city. It looks over the Mumbai harbor and is the first thing visible to those coming to Mumbai by boat. It is one of the major attractions and makes it to the top of the exploration list. The Indo-Saracenic style structure is constituted of a large arch and 26 meters in height. It was constructed in the 20th century for commemorating the visit of King George V and Queen Mary to Mumbai.
Elephanta Caves

Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus (CST) /Victoria Terminus
Located in the heart of Mumbai, this was built in Victorian Gothic style in 1888. This is currently the prime railway station of the city. In 2004, it was declared a World Heritage Site by the UNESCO. It still stands as the best structure in Gothic style in the country.
Film City
The most important and the place that has a massive influx of visitors is the Fim City also known as Dada Saahab Phalke Chitranagri. It covers a huge area of about 520 acres and is located near Sanjay Gandhi National Park. It serves as the prime location for shooting for the Indian Film Industry. The major attractions here are the fake lakes, mountains, gardens, cities, villages which appear real-like. The tour of the Fim City needs to be pre-booked.
